In Waterland is the nature the most importent issue.
The area is 900 ha large and is
managed by
Staatsbosbeheer. The grass
country is divided AEËN and that is grow by flow gutters and dike
openings.
The Holysloter DIE are
one of it. Cows, horses and goats fill the land, with spread the
farms. Along the IJsselmeerdijk, you can see the typical dike
houses.
There are particular
meadows and waterbirds. The region becomes regularly visited by
bird-fans. The banks of the small canals and little lakes countains
many special flowers and be abundant bey with particular plants, and
