General conditions
*As a everyone to rules mentioned below keep themselves
it is fine stay on those and neighbouring waters.

- Sailing happens on own risk.

- Tenant is responsible for damage of the boat and components of it / also the
   tenant is responsibly for damage to third parties.

   The tenant is considered:
- To take into the account occupants and other boats.
- Keep silents and rest in Waterland area.
- Respect-honorary the bords with prohibited.
- Don't go into land and gardens without permision of the owner.
