General conditions
*As a everyone to rules mentioned below keep themselves
it is fine stay on those and neighbouring waters.

- Sailing happens on own risk.

- Huurder is aansprakelijk voor schade aan en/of vermissing van
  de kano/boot en onderdelen daarvan; tevens is de huurder
  aansprakelijk  voor schade aan derden.

   De huurder wordt geacht:
- rekening te houden met omwonenden en andere watersporters.
- rust en stilte te bewaren in het natuurgebied dat wordt bevaren.
- de borden verboden toegang te respecteren.
- weilanden en tuinen niet te betreden zonder toestemming van
  de eigenaar.
- geen afval of etensresten achter te laten in de natuur,
  maar deze mee te nemen.

- overschrijding van de huurtermijn komt voor de rekening
  van de huurder.

- Huurt u een fluisterboot met elektromotor, dient de huurder
  de zijkanten van het vaarwater te mijden in verband met
  ondieptes welke schade aan boot, motor of schroef kunnen
   veroorzaken.

- Het is de huurder verboden onnodig het riet in te varen en de
  rust van de vogels te verstoren. Daarbij is niet toegestaan om
  beschermde bloemensoorten te plukken, zoals de zwanebloem.

- Alleen op bepaalde plaatsen mag u de oevers betreden, dat
  wordt aangegeven op de routekaart. Zoals hier in Zuiderwoude.
